- Read chapters 12 and 13 of Warriors Don’t Cry.

- Describe what happens with Melba’s friends at her
sixteenth birthday party. Why does that happen?
- If you had been in Melba’s position when she talked to
her friend Marsha, how would you have felt? What would you have done? Why?
