Discrimination
occurs when you judge someone unfairly and cause an injustice
because of your judgment.
An “unfair judgment”
is one based on a stereotype, prejudice, or irrelevant characteristics.
An “injustice” is any
kind of physical, emotional, or social harm that isn’t deserved.
“Emotional or social
harm” include:

Intimidation.

Being denied an opportunity you
deserve/have earned.

equal-opportunity situation.

Having your reputation damaged
(defamation of character).
