What is IB Survey Literature?

Survey Literature is a course designed for incoming ninth graders to acquire the skills and literary background they will use and build on in future English classes at Curie.  This section of Survey Literature is part of Curie’s pre-IB program.  This means that the class work you complete this year is designed to prepare you for the IB Diploma program.  Since IB is such a demanding program, it is vitally important for you to be successful in this class both semesters because what you learn this year, you will need to know next year, and so on until you graduate.
